moms recharge retreat
Step away from the noise.
Step back into yourself.
A 3-day retreat in Vals, Switzerland
Designed for mothers who are ready to rest, reflect, and reconnect.
March 6 – 8, 2026
Glenner Hotel, Vals, Switzerland
You’re Invited
This retreat is for the mom who feels like she’s carrying the world on her shoulders.
The one who craves space to breathe but never finds it.
The one who wants to feel like herself again but isn’t quite sure who that is anymore.
It’s for you if…
You’re overwhelmed by the constant mental load
You long for quiet, reflection, and time that is truly yours
You want to connect with other women who get it
You’re ready for rest, relief, and gentle inspiration
You don’t need to have it all figured out, you just need the willingness to pause.
What You’ll Experience
Over these three days you’ll be invited into a space that feels like an exhale.
During the retreat you’ll enjoy:
48 hours with zero mental load
Relaxed fun and connection with other women
Blocks of time to simply do nothing
Gentle rituals, workshops, and reflection practices
And you’ll leave with:
A sense of relief and rest you’ve been craving
Clarity on the first small steps forward
The reassurance that you’re not alone
A lightness and motivation to bring home with you
Our Philosophy
At the heart of this retreat are three pillars that guide everything we do:
Self Reflection
Creating awareness of fears, beliefs, and conditioning. Space to look inward with compassion.
Connection
Belonging, common humanity, laughter, and shared rituals that remind you we’re in this together.
Imperfection
Growth isn’t a straight line. Mistakes, detours, and uncertainty are part of the journey — and that’s okay.
The Location
We’ll gather at the Glenner Hotel in Vals, Switzerland. A calming mountain setting where time slows down.
The hotel offers cosy, comfortable rooms and nourishing meals. Just a short walk away is the famous Therme Vals spa, where we’ll spend time unwinding and reflecting together.
The Programme
A retreat designed to balance guided reflection with plenty of time for rest.
Friday – Arrival
Welcome, dinner, and a gentle evening ritual to arrive fully.
Saturday – Immersion
Morning workshop, free time at the Therme, guided reflection, rituals, laughter, and connection over dinner. A gentle evening ritual to close the day.

Here is the beautiful thing about the Compassionote community: we all started out as strangers. It is THROUGH the process of being open that friendship is built. If you come alone to this retreat, you are trusting in the process, in the community. We commit to you to honor that trust and to create a space that is safe to take off your armor off, be your true self and let your feelings show.
