compassionote is for moms.

Compassionote creates intentional events and spaces for mothers to connect. To talk about the trickier bits of motherhood. To celebrate the small stuff. To access joy AND acknowledge that some days are really, really hard.

What is it about?

Compassionote is first and foremost a community. We are in person. In Zürich. We learn together, get creative together. We are like-minded co-travellers in this motherhood journey.

Compassionote is a resource. Motherhood is one of the, if not THE most difficult jobs we have. Especially in the early bits, there’s no bathroom break, coffee break, mental load break. It’s 24/7 and the intensity is real.

And somehow, there is little to no training for this job!

Kristina is the founder of Compassionote, a mother of two and trained parenting coach from the Jai Institute for Parenting. She offers workshops for small groups of moms, 1:1 coaching for mothers and couples, and there are some other exciting plans in the works for 2026.

Compassionote will build support for moms in the moments they need it most. It will be the platform for friends, family, coaches, mentors to send the moms in their lives compassion and love no matter the distance or time zones; support for moms in the middle of the night when she is feeling the most isolated and alone.

Who is compassionote for?

Compassionote is built for mothers grappling with the fear of judgment, the loss of your identity, and battling the feeling that you should have it all figured out when, truthfully, you're knee-deep in the struggle.

This is for mothers who have been there and have wisdom to share.

This is for the incredible partners, friends and family cheering on the moms in their lives.

It is for the whole community, linked by a desire to give moms the support they desperately need and deserve. Together, we can build a compassionate space…crafted with heart, offering genuine support exactly when it's needed most and expert guidance on the winding road to emotional healing.
